Raw meat and fish can decay to below 50% and can still be safe to eat after cooking, since cooking returns 50% condition to meat and fish. It is player-made, and Hinterland has not denied or confirmed any info found there. The rates are supposedly taken from game files, so they should be accurate, but I can't guarantee that, or that the Wiki is up-to-date. The Wiki has decay rates for everything, stored both indoors or outdoors. Well then, I hope you find bigger pockets for carrying all that stuff soon.Īlso, while raw food is better off in the snow, all other items decay slower indoors, I think. They'll run out sooner or later regardless and you have infinite rabbits, fish and deer to chomp for as long as you can.Įdit: oh you play pilgrim. Manufactured foods are still a limited resource, so idk why you'd stop them spoiling. Could also apply to energy bar/granola bar/energy drinks.
